Hey there! We’re so glad you’re thinking about joining us at Sand Run. Walking into a new church can feel a little uncertain—we totally understand. Our heart is to make your first visit (or your hundredth!) feel easy, warm, and like you truly belong. No pressure, no expectations—just real people who love Jesus and love welcoming others. Here’s everything you need to know to feel right at home.

When We Gather

Sunday School – 9:45 a.m.

(great classes for all ages!)

Sunday Worship Service – 10:45 a.m.

Women’s Bible Study – Mondays at 6:30 p.m.

(a cozy, encouraging time with Scripture, prayer, laughter, and snacks!)

Adult & Youth Bible Study – Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

(casual, conversational, and full of real-life application)

We’re easy to spot—look for our lighted sign out front on North Bend Road in Hebron, Kentucky. There’s plenty of parking, including accessible spots and a ramp entrance if you need it. Our greeters will be smiling and ready to help you find your way (and maybe hand you a cup of coffee!).

- What It’s Like When You Arrive -

Come as you are—we mean it!

You’ll see jeans, casual clothes, business casual, and yes, even sports jerseys on game days. No dress code, just come comfortable.

We love starting with friendly faces at the door. Expect a genuine “We’re so glad you’re here!” without any awkward spotlights or forced introductions. Grab some free coffee, chat with folks, and settle in.

Our worship service is heartfelt and hope-filled: uplifting music, honest prayer, a practical message from God’s Word that connects to everyday life, and a chance to connect with others. The whole thing usually runs about 75 minutes. No one will ask you to stand up or share unless you want to. Afterward, stick around if you’d like to say hi to the pastor, ask questions, or just hang out. We often have fellowship meals or events—check the bulletin or website for what’s coming up!

- What About My Kids? -

Kids are a joy here! We offer a safe, clean nursery for little ones during Sunday School, worship, and Bible studies—just let us know if you’d like to use it (our volunteers are caring and background-checked).

Our Mission Youth Group (6th–12th grade) meets during Sunday School and Wednesday nights for fun hangouts, deep talks about faith, service projects, trips, and building real friendships.
